Hi, I’m Elissa, a Board-Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC), Culinary Nutritionist, and Yoga Teacher. Through Let’s Be Nourished, I support women living with chronic pain, autoimmune fatigue, stubborn weight, or burnout in creating sustainable lifestyle changes that restore energy, ease, and joy.
My work is grounded in the six pillars of health: nourishment, movement, sleep, stress management, mindset, and connection, and informed by my culinary background, mindfulness and movement practices, and my own healing journey with autoimmune disease. This whole-person approach goes beyond food alone, offering support that is both practical and heart-centered.
